April 2009 Karen's Top Tip: Rehydrate

Last Tuesday I noted that only 16 of 24 swimmers had a drink during the 1.5 hour long session. This in fairness is a great improvement on the previous week, however is not the 100% I am looking for. Rehydrating during training is critical for your concentration and hence your performance. Without a drink you are putting yourself at a serious disadvantage before the session even starts. Please remember your drink.
